CASE REPORT 1

Mid-foot charcot diabetic foot callus ulcer for 2 years and was undergoing diabetic foot treatment at various centres where TCC was applied. Diabetic foot ulcer healed temporarily to surface again when patient started walking with MCP/MCR footwear. Finally patient mid-foot deformity was corrected at Madurai Foot Care Centre for diabetes by Dr.G.Saravanakumar M.B.B.S, M.S., D.A., F.P.S (Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, Diabetic Foot Specialist).

CASE REPORT 2

Hammertoe (bent toe) developed later into a CALLUS due to high pressure point at that spot while walking.that callus which is neglected at this early level then it turned into a CALLUS ULCER WHICH WAS not healed for 6 months later presented to Dr.G.Saravanakumar M.B.B.S, M.S., D.A., F.P.S (Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, Diabetic Foot Specialist) with added diabetic foot infection where infection controlled and arthroplasty done (toe straightened) in Madurai Foot Care Centre for diabetes. now ,the patient is walking with smiles.
